Did you know that it is a crime to tell a lie to the federal government? Even if your lie is oral and not under oath? Even if you have received no warnings of any kind? Even if you are not trying to cheat the government out of money? Even if the government is not actually misled by your falsehood? Well it is.

Once inside the stadium, Nessel "started to feel ill" and attempted to sleep it off. Eventually her friends intervened, demanding she leave "so as to prevent me from vomiting on any of my constituents," Nessel wrote on Facebook. "Polling consistently shows ‘Roman showers' to be unpopular among most demographics."

"Dead" on HN in under 10min Why can't anyone explain how these 14 kids died after getting vaccinated? - by Steve Kirsch - Steve Kirsch's newsletter
There was a memo sent out to doctors from the CDC. It was a short memo:
Death after vaccination is never a vaccine death. Death within 28 days of a postive COVID test is always a Covid death.

My firm, on behalf of ICAN, asked the CDC for precisely this proof (see below). ICAN wanted to see proof of any instance in which someone who previously had COVID-19 became reinfected with and transmitted the virus to someone else. The CDC’s incredible response is that it does not have a single document reflecting that this has ever occurred. Not one.

(May 2021) COVID19 Predictions for 2021 · Jacques Mattheij
We are at the end of the ago of ‘I’ and at the beginning of the age of ‘we’. This is a tough wake-up call for many, who have been told their whole life long that the individual is the thing that matters most even if that is at the expense of the rest. Now we suddenly have to do a full 180, realize that without ‘we’ there is no ‘I’ to begin with.

Left and Right Agree Selling Bodies Are Wrong – For Different Reasons
-
me:
Of course they confuse the issue by refusing to acknowledge some basics that would complicate their narrative: The difference between "selling" and "renting" for example.
Selling a kidney is a different thing entirely than giving or getting a handy.
Perhaps we'd better discuss who owns our bodies and what and how "Society's Interest" should impact our own sovereign position as the tenants of these bodies?
Many think their bodies belong to God. Other "Society" or The State or some other concept that is explicitly "not me". If that's your concept then I wont argue it as it applies to your body; but I feel I'm the only person that can make that decision for myself.
My body belongs to me, with a first call lien to my wife.

On-chain, The Emperor Wears No Clothes
Bechenski makes a remarkable categorization of authorities within the book. He generally divides authority into epistemic and deontic and specifies that: + an epistemic authority (= "relating to knowledge") says it "how it is"; whereas + a deontic authority (= "relating to duty and obligation) says it "how it should be".

1980's Pravda grade kowtowing here: Fugitive Jan. 6 Rioter Makes Desperate Plea on Belarus State TV
In a country dealing with a severe migrant crisis in a cruel and callous way, this transplant from California is being handled in a markedly privileged way. For the Belarusian and Russian state media, he is a convenient pawn for besmirching the U.S. government. Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, repeatedly used the Capitol insurrection to take jabs at the U.S.’s election integrity and to claim that the rioters are facing “political repressions,” in an attempt to deflect from domestic issues plaguing Russia and Belarus under their authoritarian leadership.

Notably, one of the journalists who worked on the times story is Michael S. Many of the Times stories relied on leaks from law enforcement and intelligence agencies, which falsely suggested “Russia collusion.”
