-
Unable to campaign on substance, Biden’s Thursday speech was designed to change the subject. Biden is hoping his party can retain complete control of Washington by making the 2022 midterm elections all about one man whose name isn’t on a single ballot: Trump.

Why is Intel's GPU program having problems? - SemiAccurate
long time readers of SemiAccurate, please sit down and stop drinking anything before you keep reading. We say this for your safety because we are going to defend Intel for the second time in a row. Ask HN: What is the perfect global planetary climate?
- Near to one of my favorite questions: What would "solving" climate change look like? Eliminate the portion of human CO2 emission attributable to fossil fuels? Eliminate all human emissions? Seems like after all this time and all the word written about climate change there should be an articulated goal, somewhere. Most seem to boil down to "most humans (other than the author) should use less chemical energy."
