The documents are revelatory in showing that CISA officials, Stanford officials, and social media executives worked together in secret in ways that not only violated the First Amendment but also interfered in the 2020 elections by attempting to censor protected political speech, particularly that of conservatives and Republicans. Although we do not know the effects of EIP’s activities on the 2020 election results, and although some of these activities occurred after election day, it’s clear that SIO, EIP, and CISA engaged in viewpoint-based censorship that amounts to attempted interference leading up to the election.

Mom of Cornell Student Accused of Antisemitic Threats Says He Has ‘No Future’
Patrick Dai, 21, was arrested last Tuesday after allegedly posting a series of menacing messages online including threats to “shoot up” a university dining hall that largely caters for Jewish students.
Dai’s mother, Bing Liu, did not deny the seriousness of her son’s alleged actions, but said media reports hadn’t given a full picture of him. She pointed to an apology post her son purportedly wrote before his arrest which said there is “no room for divisive statements in person or online,” adding there’s “no excuse for the targeting of innocent civilians, much less my classmates.”

the customer will feel frustrated and they have been lied to, Tier 2 certainly doesn’t feel like they’ve lied to anyone (they read the script, it’s a Tuesday), Ops feels like the world is on fire because the world is always on fire, and senior bank management cannot detect this problem because no metric available to them is capable of disaggregating it from the complex monster that is the financial system.

(2020) Fact check: Mountain Dew free of BVO, but it isn't a flame retardant
Despite the 2014 announcement by both companies, reports from as recently as last year showed the ingredient remained in Mountain Dew. But that ingredient has recently been removed. Nutrition facts posted on PepsiCo's product information website no longer include brominated vegetable oil as an ingredient. PepsiCo did not respond to a request for comment on when and why it removed the ingredient from the soft drink.
the reality is more nuanced, said Christopher Reddy, a scientist at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution -- BVO could be used — and has been patented as — a flame retardant, he said. But the fact that it's patented doesn't mean it's in common use,
